Return and Exchange Policy
If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with us at support@beachbossinfluencers within 14 days from the day you received your order.
If the received product is incorrect, damaged or defective, please briefly describe the error and attach photos of the error. Our team will inspect the error and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. That's our protection policy for making sure that issue is addressed. In case a replacement order is arranged, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement. There is no need to send the original order back to us. You may donate it to a charity as you wish.
If the order shipping details were incorrect or if you ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Please make sure to take a look at the item description and the size chart and put in your shipping information carefully before you place the order.
If 14 days have gone by since the day you received your order, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Our team will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution for you.
